SwingerADS.com Terms of Service:

MEMBERSHIPS
SwingerADS.com offers a restricted level trial membership to any person, couple or group that wishes to experience the services that SwingerADS.com offers. The trial membership is often referred to as the "Free membership". Only one (1) free membership may be opened by any person, couple, or group. If more than one account is desired, all active accounts must be upgraded to a premium membership status, often referred to as a "VIP membership", within 10 minutes of creating the second or multiple account.
Violations of this provision will result in one (1) warning being issued and a notice posted to your account. The duplicate account (or in some cases the original account) will be terminated. Repeated violations will result in the termination of any and all accounts and a system-wide ban of the SwingerADS.com web site for no less than one (1) year.
DATA
All data supplied to SwingerADS.com is expected to be accurate and truthful. Supplying false information can result in the removal of ads, the suspending of email privileges, and in extreme cases, the termination of an account. All photos that are uploaded must belong to the account owner(s) and must have the approval of all parties in the photograph to be displayed on SwingerADS.com. You also must process the copyright to the image, or a license to display the image. Your profile is required and must be completed within 7 days of becoming a member. Photos are not required. With the exception of your personal email address, zip code, and personal notes, all other data entered into any form on SwingerADS.com shall be considered public information.
ADS
Personal ads on the SwingerADS.com system have strict guidelines for placement. Ads must be a personal ad, and not a commercial classified advertisement. Personal ads cannot contain email addresses, or any attempt at conveying one. They also can not have instant message (IM) IDs or numbers, phone numbers, full names, or postal addresses. Ads cannot contain requests for money or offer gifts, trips or money in exchange for any product or service. Only VIP members can place ads for traveling to a location other than their immediate location (within 50 miles). Only VIP members can place ads that contain dates or times in the ad. (i.e. "This Saturday", "October 4th" or "this fall") Any ad that violates the placement guidelines will be suspended until the problem is corrected. Suspended ads will not be displayed and will not show up in ad searches. When the problem is corrected and SwingerADS staff is informed, they will review the ad and activate it if the revised version meets the guidelines.
ETTIQUETTE
At no time shall any member, Free or VIP, use any insulting or derogatory language in any email correspondence, chat room, or message board on the SwingerADS.com web site. Doing so can result in the suspension or termination of an account and a ban from the SwingerADS.com web site. If you have emailed a member and received a reply of "No thanks" or something similar, it is not proper to email that member again. Doing so is considered "cyber-stalking" and is a crime. For your protection, we recommend that everyone use the SwingerADS.com internal email system to communicate with other members.
When someone emails you on the SwingerADS.com email system it is courteous to reply to them, even if the reply is simply, "No thank you". Email statistics are tracked and available for public viewing.
