SwingerADS takes every step possible to safeguard your privacy online. Please read the following to understand our views and practices regarding this matter, and how they pertain to you as you make use of SwingerADS.

When placing an ad on SwingerADS, most of the information you provide WILL be made available for public viewing. Your email address will never be displayed on SwingerADS.com. Use caution when placing an ad. There is a section that asks for your email address to provide you with a listing on other web site(s). If you provide any information for other web sites in that location, assume that it will be made public.

If you purchase a Membership from SwingerADS, Membership+ will collect personal information for several purposes. Your name and full address are required for credit card verification and fraud prevention measures. Your phone number is required in the event that there is a billing question, issue or problem, and attempts to contact you via email have failed. Your date of birth is required for age verification, and proof of identity when asking for a lost password, etc.

SwingerADS does NOT send out unsolicited bulk email. If you would like to be removed from the Monthly Newsletter mailing list, you can do so in the MY ACCOUNT section.

SwingerADS will not distribute, sell, or give away, any information that is collected from its members, in the process of obtaining a free or VIP membership.

Any information entered in online profiles is available for viewing by every SwingerADS member. Any pictures that are uploaded can be easily saved to personal computers, or copied for use on other web sites. Use caution when uploading photos. SwingerADS cannot protect your images from copyright theft, downloading, picture trading or any other misuse.

When a membership expires, SwingerADS keeps your information on file for up to 5 years after the expiration of your last membership.

Internal SwingerADS email can only be read by the sender, the recipient, and the staff at SwingerADS.com. Although it is impossible for the staff to read all internal email correspondence by SwingerADS members, the staff will read email correspondence on accounts which are suspected of violating the SwingerADS Terms of Service.
